  • Sunnyside is ideally located for guests attending events in the area. All major venues are just a short drive away — around 5 minutes from the house:

    • Willinga Park – equestrian events, dressage, show jumping, and major competitions

    • Jackson Ranch by Bannisters – weddings, functions, and retreats

    • Bawley Vale Estate – weddings, cellar door, and special events

    Many guests choose Sunnyside specifically because it offers quiet, comfortable accommodation close to these venues while still being only a short walk to the beach.

  • At this stage, no. As part of our ongoing upgrades, Sunnyside will soon be fully fenced and that may change our pet policy.

  • Sunnyside sleeps up to six guests:

    • Bedroom 1: Queen bed

    • Bedroom 2: King bed (can be split into two singles on request; fee applies)

    • Living area: Sofa bed (linen provided; self‑setup; fee applies)

    Please request bedding configuration at the time of booking.

  • Absolutely. Sunnyside and the surrounding area are family‑friendly, with safe access to the beach. Bawley Beach is known for being very safe for kids.

  • Yes. Off‑street parking is available directly at the property.

  • Check‑in is from 3:00 PM, and check‑out is by 11:00 AM.

    Early luggage drop‑off is available from 2:00 p.m., although cleaning may still be in progress.

  • Yes — Sunnyside has a full kitchen with modern appliances, including a new SMEG range, cookware, and essentials for meal preparation.
